Not at all pleased with the dry cleaners. Took my son's winter coat in to have it cleaned and when we got it home realized that a snap was missing. We went back in and I was told that it would be no problem that they would replace the snaps on both sleeves so at least they both matched and I was told it would only take a couple days but 4 or 5 max. Now here I am 2 weeks later and they still have not repaired the jacket. I an extremely upset customer and I'm picking up the jacket today and will have it fixed by someone else. Be sure to thoroughly check your items!!!!!

I was in Jonesville on a hunting trip.On opening day of deer season it rained constantly for the whole day.Needless to say we were all soaked from head to toe.However I Always seem to the dumbest things,like trying to cross a swamp by walking across the deep water on a rotted log only to finding myself breaking it and falling in up to my waist.Cold and wet I fled to the nearest laundromat.My gear to a short 30 min. to dry but my boots were made of rubber and would not dry well at all.A really nice guy helped me by using small fans to get me going for the after noon hunt.My boots werent completly dry but got the job done.He didnt have to help but he did and with a smile and some really great deer stories.
