My Family has been going to Ronnies Bagels for over 20 years. Today I purchased a yogurt parfait for breakfast which I did not like. When I returned to the store at lunch time to bring the product back, the staff looked at me like I had 2 heads. The man who answered me (not sure if he was a manager or not) told me once I take it out of the store, I can't bring it back. I was never asked what was wrong with it or did I want something else instead. He was very happy to sent me on my way wihout any customer service whatsoever! I will be telling eeryone I know about their policy. Really bad!!!!
