when they first opened, I wanted to dye my hair. I specifically asked them if they could do my hair type (curly) and they said yes. they had me in the salon for 5 hours. they left the store 3x to go buy different dyes bc they bought some cheap crap. they bleached my hair more than once and the next day when I washed my hair, all the dye came out. I went back and got all my money back. never been back. I had togo to Alpha so they could fix the damage they did to my hair. on top of that, they were not welcoming. if you can't do something, then say so. I should have filed a suit against them for what they did to my hair. it was dead from all the bleach they put in it and 3 different dyes.
