I had lived in one of their apartment complexes for two years up until August 2016. Sure, there were lots of problems with the apartment but the final straw were the flies. Hundreds and hundreds of flies. I smelled a putrid smell coming from the bathroom where much to my surprise there was a giant hole in the upper part of my closet. I contacted the Super and the Landlord Carey about this and all they did was cover the hole up with a piece of plywood. I mentioned plenty of times that I thought there was a dead animal there that needed to be taken out, and did anybody listen to me? No, of course. That would be too much work.
