Ok so to start off the worker at this shop is amazing he is fast and accurate about what he does I think his name was loni. He has a lot of knowledge about what he does but I feel bad for him because his manager which is the owners little brother treats loni like he is a slave. I personally witnessed this with my own two eyes as loni was finishing up the service on my vehicle and then the manager walked into the shop and started yelling at loni telling him to go help the carwashers wash cars but loni asked him if he could finally have his lunch break it was already around 4 o clock and the manager yelled at him and said I haven't had a lunch yet so stop crying and go help wash those f###ing cars. If I was loni I would have quit on the spot. I felt so bad for him that I went and washed my vehicle and gave him a $20.00 tip and told him to look for another job and let me know where he goes so I can have him service my vehicle.
