These low income, tax-credit apartments have been recently renovated but the rental rates are still quite high. I have seen many tenants smoking various substances on the grounds, even though theses apartments are advertised as being smoke-free. Some tenants tend to loiter and can be somewhat noisy. I often hear children screaming and crying in the evening, too. The management does to not fully respect the rights of tenants in various ways either. For example, the landlords misrepresented my lease, committed multiple acts of fraud, refused to provide copies of signed documents immediately upon request, invaded my privacy by aggressively seeking confidential information unnecessarily and pressuring me to sign documents that were not necessary for my tenancy, not to mention waiving my rights without my consent. They also committed multiple acts of harassment against me over the past year. Someone also entered my apartment illegally today without my consent.
