Unbelievably the girl helping me is continually personal texting under the counter instead of working on changing my account. She is laughing and smiling and personal texting instead of helping me in an efficient manner. This is causing me to have to wait 3 times as long to get my business done. Please correct now. I'm sending this review as I wait here!
