With HI Gas Hilo it's almost always the same thing: call for delivery and they get there when they get there. With no competition, they don't have to care, so they don't. It's also not obvious that the company is managed well as a whole. But other than switching off propane altogether (a thought), what can one do?

Very POOR response time! I've been trying to get service set up at my new residence for weeks now. The rep I was dealing with either left or was fired, and the fellow I'm dealing with now is no better. I've written and left voice messages and they continue to put me off. Think I'll try Hilo Propane!
