Very Unhappy with This Business. I ordered flowers for Mothers' Day. Based on their very confusing calendar, I ordered early enough for Mother's Day delivery.



The flowers were not delivered on Mothers' Day. I emailed and called and NEVER received a response. Flowers were finally delivered 3 days after Mothers' Day following an email I sent warning that I was going to reverse the charge on my credit card if they did not contact me.



They delivered a completely different arrangement than the one I ordered, did not include the card, and NEVER contacted me either by mail or phone to explain, aologize, etc.



I will NEVER do business with this phantom business again and caution anyone using this florist to find one that actually responds to their customers, delivers what was ordered and on time.
