We purchased a property in Hilton Head 2 years ago and only recently found Absolute Island Management. We were very unhappy with prior managers but have nothing but amazing things to say about AIM. They are responsive, professional and have an amazing grasp of their market. I was hoping to get $1000 a month for my long term rental. They got me $1100 in less than 30 days once they took over. Since then, they have always given me my rental distributions by the 6th of the month and when we had one maintenance issue, they were able to fix it quickly and the repair was surprisingly inexpensive compared to what local vendors charge in Hilton Head. I highly recommend them and will be using their services for as long as I own real estate in Hilton Head Island. We hope to one day retire there and when we are ready, we will also call them to rent something long term so as to learn more of which area we want to be in.
