What a beautiful condo ~ mine is fully renovated with granite countertops, new kitchen, new floors, new appliances NEW EVERYTHING. The unit overlooks the pool and tennis courts and new decking. There's a great workout room and common areas. Easy beach access; right behind the hospital; and close to shopping. Really it couldn't be better.

This place is terrible for the price you would have much better luck at a place like the legends. The property manager is def crazy she owns a lot of the condos which means she has basically little to no accountability. She can change your contract without your consent and enforce the new rules without your knowledge until you receive multiple fines. She is impossible to contact and hides in her office as much as possible to avoid confrontation. the whole property wreaks of cat urine do to the HUGE number of feral cats on the property. Do NOT bring that issue up with the property manager as she has a sensitivity towards these disgusting wild cats that urinate all over the porches and doors of the renters.



You are not allowed to have gas or charcoal grills on your porch and they never refill the propane for the communal gas grill which they NEVER clean or take care of. they claim that they are newly renovated but the balconies are literally rotting apart. so much so that one collapsed a couple years ago. the wiring is impossible to get a decent internet or tv connection. I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere for renting a property. a lot of great affordable condos around the north part of the island. I hope you take these into consideration.
