During a recent re-finance, our lender's bank messed up big time, and it could have cost us. Our paralegal, Debra went above and beyond, saved the day, and earned our undying loyalty--- she did a lot of extra work, and she did it with a smile. We have nothing but nice things to say about Ruth & Mac Neille, but we can't say enough great things about Debra!
