The Van Der Meer Tennis Center, located in Hilton Head Isle, S.C., offers tennis lessons and instruction programs for children, adults and senior citizens. Its programs provide training in swing mechanics, ball placement drills and footwork. The center s programs also provide sessions on stroke development, use of spin, and repetitive and tactical drills. Additionally, it provides classes to children on fitness conditioning, match playing, mental toughness training, and stroke and video analysis. Its facilities include bike trails and more than 20 courts. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center also provides a tennis teachers training program that provides classes on practice organization, corrective techniques, ball feeding techniques, drill organization, and singles and doubles tactics.
