Well, for being a military town like hinesville I expected the possibility of having to go all the way to Savannah to find a business that wouldn't do a really bad job or over-charge for the small stuff or have workers that either didn't want to be there or didn't care, but my experience doing my 30,000 miles maintenance check on my ford mustang was actually a pretty good experience, the person at the desk walked me through what they were checking and what they would replace if needed as well as helped make sure I knew what was going on with the car while it was there. Overall, pretty great experience and they'll definitely be receiving my business for whatever maintenance needs/oil changes my car will require

I began leasing my car through Hinesville Ford about a year and a half ago and ever since then it's been a rollercoaster of issues. The first thing was the service, the salesman was nice but that's part of his job. The first technical issue was my rear passenger window, out of the blue if I would roll it down (they're automatic) I wouldn't be able to roll it back up with my control panel. There's also the poor quality of the trunk interior, it falls apart by just barely yanking on it. The last thing is my gear shifter, I have an automatic and I tried putting it into reverse one day and of course it was stuck! It's awesome to think I recieved a vehicle that was supposed to be safe for myself and my family and I get a hunk of junk! Thanks alot Hinesville Ford and I REALLY appreciate the way you treat our Military when they're in need of a decent vehicle!
