The experience I had at the hinesville location was one to say that I will never go there again!! My husband and I had went to Krystal for breakfast, when we got back home to eat I took a bite of my scrambler and had hair in my teeth!!! (Disgusting) I began spitting it out all over our floor and called the manager to explain what happened she was helpful over the phone and said that I could come back to get a fresh one I denied the offer since I had lost my appetite and asked for my money back instead she agreed so we left and my husband went into the store to get our money back. He than came back to the car empty handed I asked him what was wrong and he told me "you better go in there" so I went in and was faced with the most rudest individuals that I ever encountered!!! The manager was saying that she never told me that and basically called my husband and I liars and caught a huge nasty attitude with us and yelling like it was our fault there was a hair in the food! Needless to say I ended up calling corporate because their attitude was ignorant beyond belief
