Beware, don’t even look in this law office’s direction. Unprofessional,Absolutely horrible and dishonest employees . I obtained Shari Lee Smith and associates in March 2017. I needed to obtain some paperwork from her office. I contacted her office and advised them of what I needed. The paperwork that I needed was sent to me via email by one of her employees Chrissi Scobie and it turns out that , the paperwork that I needed was FRAUDULENT. Chrissi Scobie had typed up the form herself, submitted it to me as authentic, instead of going through the proper protocol. I submitted the paperwork to the party that needed the form and was later told that the form was fraudulent. If I could rate them it would be a negative 0. If you know me, you know that I’m a woman of high morals and values. I carry myself with dignity and respect. Shame on this law firm, if that’s what you want to call it.

Shari is wonderful and a real toughie in court

Ask around court if you don't believe me

She is awesome in court and still cares which made her the Attorney for me

i too left the army while in my chapter with ms smith

and had the same basic situation

no money for a bit of time

there is nothing they can do

it must be paid

there is no solution to that in this court

it must be paid monthly

there is no moratorium as they explained it to me in this district

but

once i got my money we had options

either increase it as needed for the bankruptcy trustee or

if it took too long i could reopen it

as to their staff and caring

how many offices do you know the staff by their first names and

as to the office cat

she is cool and relaxing

knowing all that

not sure what you wanted them to do

These are great people

everyone is well trained and seems to know their stuff or finds out the answer and gets back to you

Not sure what issues ms givens had but i certainly didnt experience any problems and issues in my case

plus they were much cheaper then anyone else I called

reasonably priced

The assistants of Shari are very rude and always give incorrect information! Shari is the only nice one there
