DO NOT MOVE TO THIS HELL HOLE!!! These people will nickel and dime you to death, they don't care about their residents, nor do they upgrade or fix anything, they're cheap,yet charge a bundle for a small space, after the first the late fee is $100.00, NO grace period!! You've been warned.

Move here if you like mold, mildew and roaches. No matter how clean you keep the apartment they keep popping back up. Management, Patsy, is very nice though and easy to work with.

This apartment complex is unable to keep a handiman, or get any repairs done quickly. Prior to moving in I was told that they would paint, however the walls are three different shades of color and obviously a full coat was never applied. Also the foundation of the apartment is sagging causing several areas where there are gaps between the wall and floor. The gutters for the building I'm in are never cleaned causing rain to dump over the edge right in front of the door of the unit. Despite requesting maintanence multiple times thus far only two repairs have been made, one when a rotted floor board gave way and another the electricity stopped working in half the unit. Also the office is disorganized and have lost several people rent payments and then attempted to charge them late fees claiming the payment was never dropped off.
