Bad customer service, I have seen just a few good and kind clerks.
Recently we needed some help with bulk mailing and the guy didn't make an effort to help us or provide useful information. He was rude.

Always been great for me!

This is the worst postal office I have been to EVER!! I'm standing in line wondering why there is only one person behind the counter when there is a line out the door and why this place is still open!!! This isn't the first time either. This is always the case whenever I mail a package or letter. Very disappointing to say the least.

This is the worsed post office I ever had to deal with. I don't know what kind of ppl they have working there but the delivery guys need to go back to school. I got a text saying my package is undeliverable as address. my mom has been sending me packages for the past 13 yrs. the same thing happened a few months ago. and when I went to the post office to pick up my pkg up they told me its already on its way back to Jacksonville. so I called the 1800 number and filed a complain with the lady on the phone. suddenly they delieverd my package the very next morning!!!!! I thought it was undeliverable as address?????????? very very weird. Sometimes pkg come up missing too. seems like somebody is stealing there,

This postal service doesn't deserve ONE star! Again, I have had the same issue as last year. They marked a package delivered on the 12th. It's now the 21st. Last year they blamed it on E-bay when USPS marked it as delivered. After numerous calls the postal service, I finally called the inspector General. I got my package the next day! I'm still waiting on my husbands Christmas that was supposedly delivered on the 12th!!!!!

I waited for one package from Germany...Thank god I had the tracking number for it because no one knocked on my door and not even left a note in our box that it needs to get picked up!! Still waiting for my birthday letter!! And we always have wrong letters in our box.....really bad service

missing packages, letters from different addresses on my mail box. when i call them about a pkg not in my mailbox after check the usps website saying it was delivered they just say " there is nothing we can do about it".bad service

Awful waiting weeks for a check put in anothers mailbox. Birthday gift had my name and apartment still put in old managers box.

This is one of the bigger post offices in the area. They stock a nice supply of packing boxes and materials, and the employees are generally very friendly and helpful. They also have an automated teller for printing postage and buying stamps 24 hours a day.
