I couldn't find the leasing office so I called in and before I could complete my sentence I was cut off and she told me in an extremely rude way where it was located. I then parked in the wrong spot and she told me to move to a spot with no numbers, which I didn't have a problem with. I just didn't see any with numbers so I asked the woman where were the spaces with numbers and she told me that there were 2-3 out there but never told me where. Then I came in to the office and told her that I called about the townhomes and she went to the closet where they keep the keys and snatched them off the key hook making all the keys fall. Then she pointed outside and told me to go, as if I was a child. I asked her was she okay and was there a problem. She said no because I asked you to move and I told her no it was her demeanor and attitude and the way she spoke to me on the phone. She then cut me off again and said do you want to see the townhouse or no...of course by then I said no.

I came to Hinesville after leaving a very bad relationship. I came and filled out an application and the front desk lady LaWanna was so helpful and understanding of my situation. I have been here almost a year and its completely safe and secure. There is always a kind police officer who patrols through the complex and I have never seen any criminal activity around here. The only reason I have to leave my beautiful apartment is because I need a 3 bedroom otherwise I would be here for years. Mr Smoke always comes the same day that I request him even if I catch him walking around he would drop everything to see what we needed. I would recommend this complex.

Landlord is very unprofessional. Cheap apartments but thats what gets you. Within the six months of living there I saw several people come and go within months. She confirms many things and will turn around and evict you on one of her bad days. She appears nice with southern hospitality but turns around and will try and screw you for everything you have.

Maintenance Supervisor Mr. Oscar Smoke handles every request in a timely and professional manner. The Resident Manager lives on site and is available in the office m-f 10-6 .
