WIlliams auto detailing and cleaning service is the worse possible job a person can have Mr WIllie likes to take money out of peoples checks i worked for him for a month and didnt even make $500 but i my 1099 tax paper saying i made 750 willie williams is a snake the worse of his kind i got proof of all that i say and yes the service is poor all he cares about is a dollar

My car looked great until I did the tear in my back seat that was bit there when the company picked my car up. I called the owner about it and his only response was that his guys said they didn't do it, I asked what he was going to do to fix it and he said it was my word against theirs and he couldn't take sides. Of course they are not going to own up to the demages. The owner is arrogant, rude and does not know how to take care of customers adequately!

I was very disappointed in the service I received from the Company. I paid $125 for a $15.99 cleaning job that I could have gotten at the cleaning place next to Jiffy Lube. It was a complete RIP OFF. When I called the owner he told me to tell the guy what wasn't clean and needed to be clean. That was an absolute cop out. I would except when I pay for a detail that it's just that. The dash, cup holders, and the rest of the interior was hardly touched. There were still leaves and straw inside the vehicle, in the door panels and under the windshield washer....YES, I got ripped off and hopefully you will learn from me. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! Do it yourself or go get a $15 wash, they'll even do more for you.
