Dr Charles Burda was my, Lauren Miller (favorite patient), reason for going to Arizona... I am making an appointment, will pay time and a half to explain the AZ state system... ha f*ing ha... I need to network this real quick... last thing that happened, I got an odd "TB" test... clean bill of health three times before odd test at a benzo prescribing advertised as rehab called Cottonwood... fled state after... you have no clue how much I hated my time in the suc!
