This is a wonderful office and very professional. I recommend this office to every parent. My children love this office.

This place is TERRIBLE... I WILL NEVER come back, staff is soo unprofessional and the DR? I have to question if he is a real DR or not. My appt. was at 4:00 I did not leave until 6:25 just for a cleaning. If this was the last place to take my children I would not, the office is a mess and not kid friendly at all.

Horrible bedside manner. He is rude, condescending towards the children, and impatient if they are nervous. He made all 3 of my children scream in fear and pain. Telling them to be quiet. We are finding a new dentist.

Not clean enough for my expectations... Staff is ok, dentist is ok... I really don't care for his manners though. Just telling the truth.

Had an appointment at 930 was there early, waited until 1030 and ask how much longer because I have to be at work, I was told there's still someone else in front of you and that I should probably just go on to work. No apologies that I waited for over an hour with an 8 month old and a 3 year old and no offer to reschedule.

The staff are rude and not friendly at all.

I wouldnt give them any stars at all if I could! This was the WORST place I have ever been to. All the reviews are great... im betting because they delete the bad ones... first off the staff was EXTREMELY rude!..... SECONDLY the pictures of the rockets all over the walls and the soace paintings covering the walls... DO NOT EXSIST in the facility... the walls are bare with small pcitures scattered around.... The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! piles of trash everywhere.. wet slippery floors and watered down hand soap. LASTLY!!!!! this was my sons very first dental appointment... he will be 3 years old.... naturally he is terrified especially when he walks into this place that was supposed to be covered in rocket ships and space paintings, and sees grungy floors and bland walls... when we fianlly got into our exam room the nurse said she would be in there in a minute very rudely and proceeded talking to her co worker and showing her pictures on her cell phone... she finally decided to come in there and told me she would have to have an x ray of my sons teeth... instead of trying to talk to my son ( he was very upset and scared) she told me i would have to hold him down. Trusting her i did what she said and sat on the exam chair, and placed my son on my lap and put an arm around him so she could get the picture. My son kept telling me she was hurting him, she assured me she wasnt hurting him so i thought my son was over reacting. When my son turned his head i saw blood on his lips and it began getting on his chin. i wiped it off his mouth, saw where it was coming from then saw her try to shove the plastic piece back in his mouth to make him bite on it... i asked her out loud why his mouth was bleeding and she didnt answer me... i then asked again and still no answer. I then would no longer let her touch my son. Soon after, the dentist Dr Mason came in the exam room.... he never announced who he was, nor did he take off his face mask. He pulled the mirror used to look at the teeth off the metal tray as well as the metal tooth pick... i looked at the mirror and is was DISGUSTING!!!!! like it had been previously used, there were splattters all over it looked to be tooth paste.. He then told my son as he had the pick and the mirror in his hand coming towards my sons mouth that he was going to count his teeth.... my son who is 3!!!!! and just had his mouth CUT open replied " NO!!! I dont want to". instead of him acting like a professional he yelled at my son saying " YOUR NOT GOING TO YELL AT ME!!!!!" i then took my son and told them they are very unprofessional and that we were done with the exam and wouldnt be coming back. The hygenist as well as the doctor looked at me started laughing and then walked out of the exam room laughing and talking to each other.



NO WONDER PARENTS ARENT ALLOWED IN THE BACK with their children. If theyll do this in front of a parent i would hate to see what they do while the parents are up front in the waiting room thinking their children are recieving GREAT care.

This place was such a wonderful change from my children's last dentist office. So calm and the staff is so genuinely friendly!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the concerns i had about my childrens teeth. The doctor (Dr.Mason) was super patient with my daughter who was very nervous he put me and my daughter at ease.The kid friendly office offered the children T.V. during their treatment the kids talked about that for days after we left the office. After we left i called all my friends with children and told them they never have to have a stressful trip to the dentist again. This plase was GREAT!!!!

this dentistry dr and staff should be rated one off the best in ga. i toook your son there and the care and time they took with dealing with him was amazing. i say this because i tooken my son to other dentis and they either refuse to see him or quite in the middle of the procedure. all i can say is thanks childrens dentistry of hiram and staff....

Very kid friendly the atmosphere an setting of the office is very calm. i love the dentist an staff they were very good with my child. if your looking for a great pedo dentist this is the place to be......LOVE IT
