I went for an eye exam on Tuesday, everything was fine got prescription, by Thursday woke up with conjunctivitis eye completely closed and yucky, I'm 43 have not had since child we back to vision works on Friday to ask for prescription for eye drops. I was told to sign in, waited long time then asked to come back when girl wanted me to start whole new exam, told her I needed prescription for pink eye that I obliviously got there, she told me policy would need a another exam for $49, I just paid that on Tuesday. I am in medical field and never incountered this.I called my doctor and he literally called in a prescription with no office charge. Literally ridiculous will never go back and will tell my friends and family.

The customer service was poor - both times I was there (initial and pick up) the staff talked about what was for lunch and what Girl Scout cookies to buy. No time was spent on ensuring my glasses fit properly or on me. The eye exam took about 5 minutes and my left eye has twitched ever since getting my new glasses. I felt I was pressured into buying a 2nd pair -even though I said no, she kept telling me why I needed a 2nd pair until I finally gave in. The glasses are poor quality - there is a rough spot on the bottom that irritates my face, the nose pads are thin and flimsy..just overall a bad experience that cost about $700. I will definitely never go back there.
