First i'll tell you the good... I ordered delivery of a large pizza and boneless wings. The food came on time and the pizza was hot and delicious. Now the bad. I ordered 24 boneless wings with sauce to share for dinner. Upon opening the container someone asked me "did you order plain wings?" I in fact had not. The wings were not plain just very nearly so. They were slightly sticky to the touch and faintly sweet so there at one time was sauce but they tasted dried out as if they were sitting out for a while.I then called to letLethem know I was unsatisfied with the wings as they were dry with barely any sauce. I was never once given an apology when I told them about there barely being sauce to point the wings looked plain I was told "well that's a matter of opinion. What do you expect me to do?" When I responded I would like them to return to my home so that I may return the wings for fresh ones I was told I could call back another day and they would bring me new ones. Not only does that not fix the problem I had tonight they never took my name or phone number so how will they know whose calling for this "store credit" I can't convey the lack of sympathy and the rude tone of the two employees I spoke to tonight properly but believe me they spoke as if even having to listen to me was chore. Again the pizza was hot and very tasty but the taste left in my mouth after this companies customer service completely negates that. Its sad when a customer is turned off from an establishment more from the employees than the food. :( hopefully next time they can muster up more than disdain for a paying customer!
