Great RV park, I especially love there concrete slabs and the wide space they have for each tenant.

An amazing park with plenty of tree for shade. They offer cable, internet, and all bills paid. The management was great to work with. They help out with anything wrong with your trailer.

OUT OF DATE. Showers have no ventilation & are locked up, access through office key. Grass clippings piled up around, dead trees. Weeds growing in concrete cracks and seams, over the edges of concrete. Street signs faded damaged. Laundry usually works $$. Parking for one vehicle per space. Well lit, owners security cameras around park. Cable is very basic, wifi weak. Quiet usually. At least 50% monthly tenents.

The management needs to do somthing about this place the wifi sucks and so does the cable there are crack heads running around along with rapists and the management doesn't do anything about any of this
