My wife and I stored our 2016 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite pull behind camper trailer in a rented stall at this facility. On May 30th of this year we went to get our trailer and it had been stolen!!! The video surveillance cameras apparently may-or may not-have worked. The Gravette police are investigating. The owner said by phone that he carried no insurance but that we should have taken out the insurance specified on the rental contract. However, there are so many exclusions our camper apparently would not have been covered. Besides, we trusted this storage facility to watch over our investment. If not for our own insurance we would have been simply out of luck!
