I would not recommend Cover Up's-Chattanooga,TN. Very unorganized. My daughter used them for her wedding reception. When the lady came to set up the tables she did not have the black linens for the banquet tables. Our caterer had white linens we could have used for free but we wanted a certain look. The lady was very un professional said we didn't order the black linens. After holding up the set up of the food tables for 45 min. ( of which I had paid an extra $100.00 an hour for) she brought in some short winkled ivory linens. I have called 4 times because I feel we should be credited for the black banquet linens that we paid $96.00 + tax. The lady first said I had not ordered the linens not realizing I had a copy of order. Then she said well I gave you linens, No customer service.! I am not one to make a big deal but I also feel I that when you pay for something you should receive it. Weddings are very important events. Do your homework.
