Every client, group or private client, is treated like a personal training client, with meal planning, one-on-one coaching and regular fitness assessments done every month to track their progress towards their goals. We offer personal training, semi-private training, and group fitness training classes (over 9 classes available per day) along with child care, showers, and changing facilities available.
