Woud not recommend

I have to say that I usually don't take the time to write reviews unless i've had a GREAT experience or a REALLY BAD experience, this one was the latter. I usually take my car to englewood auto spa, because it's really nice, everyone is very friendly, and my car comes out spotless for $20, armor all inside and everything. This time i was a little to far away from there so I went to OBH after reading the reviews, which seemed to be mostly positive. I have a 2011 ford, nothing fancy, but it is a new car and i like to keep it clean. I pulled in, and wasnt sure what to do, until someone finally came a took my keys, I asked them if they cleaned inside and out and they said yes for $20, happy to pay it i went inside, nice guy at the front, friendly place, then when my car was returned to me i felt like a huge idiot, because it seems like all these people did was vacuum the carpet superficially and call it a day. The steering wheel was still dusty and I KNOW they didn't even take a rag to it because it had one little mark that I had noticed before, I ended up cleaning it myself with water afterwards, the cup holders and center console where still the exact same way it was before the car was "cleaned" and these are actually very easy to clean since the cup holders are removable. The seats wheren't wiped AT ALL and the dust that was in the AC vents was untouched (also easy to clean as they collapse and all one has to do is wipe once) The biggest rip off for me was the fact that they didn't clean the windshield inside, it had been bugging me for weeks and here I am $20 later at my house wiping it myself with windex. The outside was OK...but nothing great, the rims were still dirty and there were water marks as the car was dried in all of 5 seconds. I called back to vent because I was pretty upset, and I'm usually pretty easy going but I felt robbed. The guy at the front said to bring it back, but there was too much traffic and I felt like I could do better myself anyway. WILL NOT go there again, and if you are a person who likes a clean car.... i suggest you take your business elsewhere, especially since $20 isn't as easy to come by as it used to be, honestly, you're better off going to an express wash for $7. They'll do a better job.

Would go again

I took my SUV there for the first time after doing a search on YellowPages.com for a hand car wash in Bergen County. They are about 20 minutes from my home. Before heading over, I called first to find out if a pressure hose would be used on the vehicle because I feel it is bad for the finish (especially a clear coat finish). The nice man who answered the phone assured me there would be no pressure hose. He kept his word. I think they did a decent enough job and I would go again. They only thing they missed when wiping down the vehicle was the cargo door. Other than that it was a decent job for $24. (Cars are $20).

satisfied, steady customer

Not bad for the buck. If you're afraid of those machines on your car and you don't have the time or energy to do it yourself, this is a nice alternative. I was thrilled when the GPS on my new car located them. It doesn't take that long (usually 20 min.) even though they do it by hand and they're very courteous. I do recommend them.
