Scam!Horrible service! Very slow! When they finally called to say our chainsaw was not fixable under the warranty and asked wheather we wanted them to fix it or not we said no, but when we picked it up they had fixed it and he said it was too late when they had asked now you either pay for it or you don't get your chainsaw! Real shady!

took concrete saw for repairs. After 2 months stop by to check. Was told he had to send for parts in China. One month later got invoice and a story that he could not repair it. Later found out it was made in Sweden. Prepared myself. It was never opened, dust completely covered the carburetor which he said he rebuilt with the kit purchased in China.

Nov. 2013 - Don't waste your time. I stopped there looking for a chainsaw blade and the guy looked at me like I was from mars. They don't answer the phone and don't keep regular hours.

There is a new owner from even the latest of these posts and they are great! Picked up our commercial lawn tractor, fixed EVERYTHING fast and inexpensive. Was great to work with, listened, worked fast and returned it in MUCH better condition than it left. I don't believe our machine has ever been this clean or run this smoothly! I am a very picky consumer and would tell my friends to use Dan & Dave's under its new management! We will be going back! Excellent repair facility.

PLEASE BEWARE! WONT BE THERE TOO LONG! WILL DO EVERYTHING AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. THEY DO NOT USE CARB CLEANER ON CARBS, ONLY PARTS WASHER! BUT WILL CHARGE FOR CARB CLEANER! HONEST GUYS STRUGGLING WHILE THIS GUY IS RESELLING THINGS THAT ARE ALREADY SOLD AND SAYING THEY WERE STOLEN! RON, YOU ARE DONE! I WILL SPREAD THE WORD AS MUCH AS I CAN YOU PRICK! I will admit that they had a small generator of ours for a year. We found out that the place was bought with a new owner. We went to pick it up to take it elsewhere and found that they broke parts off of it. I give 3 stars cuz the new owner did immediately fix the original complaint, fix the broken parts, got on his staff's asses, and got it back to us quickly. He also only charged for the original complaint part and ate everything else including labor. The new owner did try to make it right

I completely agree with the other review. DO NOT go to Dan and Daves small engine repair. The worse customer service in my life. They had my mower for 6 months and only gave me empty promises.

Don't go.....They will keep your mower the entire mowing season! And you will need a snowblower by the time you get it back. Slllllllllllllllllllllllllllloow service! The guys are always eating and never working!
