these people here are nice at first, then rude. they are willing to work with you at first. so you get what you want, how you want it. how you need it. sounds all fine and dandy. then they sit there and change everything on you stating that they can not do this or do that. when they already showed that they can do this and that. then when you ask them a simple thing it takes them 2 weeks to a month to do it. it can be from 1 sign to 1 shirt. then they are usually late for doing it. you ask them for a partial refund of the amount because of it being late or if you ask them for a full refund because they screw it up so bad that you just want the item you dropped off back and nothing else and the money. you will be lucky to get that back. then you ask for the item that was destroyed to be replaced good luck on them replacing it. if your late admit your late there is no excuses. the equipment is constantly breaking down there. your a business try having spare equipment then it is excuses upon excuses. "that isn't my fault" to some words on here that i can not repeat because there is no profanity. no professionalism. then you tell the people that the product you sent to have done is unacceptable then the attitude starts. then you have the people there starting a attitude of you will get what i give you and you will like it or it is nothing.



obviously this business needs new management. or a new set of owners. or someone who knows what there doing with the customer service. it has me wondering why they have changed there name 3 times. myself, i would obviously go somewhere else before i come here ever again or i would by the equipment. there are plenty of places in the area to go to. between portage and chicago. some places might charge more some might charge less but in the long run it will be cheaper in the long run. quicker turnaround time. no attitude. less gas waste. and usually when a company wants to change something they ask for your approvial before hand. it is not with dolittle designs aka total graphix, total graphix 2 a ask now then doit. it is a do now then tell them there wrong later. then you are belittle by them for them saying it is totally there way.



i honestly hope this give people some insite to what kind of business this is here.

1 there is a nice employee there and you have a boss and other employees there that have a attitude and I am many other people that do the work there call them rude, arrogant, unhappy
