My neighbors all have older homes and said you gave them free paint for their homes and sheds. I have never heard of a place doing this before for anyone. To us that shows you care about your park and the people who live there. I’m so happy we did not move into another park. You worked so hard to make our dream come true now we have a home. Thank you Laura. We’ve been in our home now for about 3 months all our friends and family love it. They can’t believe how nice it is. Thank you to the maintenance guys they are unbelievably nice.

Run! Horrible liers ... take you for what they can... make sure you have lawyers! And make sure ur neighbors r decent..

Fair i mean there better then the last people the maintenance.people are good but if you buy a home get it fully inspected cause it will be months b4 they fix all there mess ups the young guys are super friendly and have been going over all the drunks mistakes poor boys they should get a raise but Laura is fair don't pay and u won't stay like any landlord she won't be pushed around and tells you like it is i like that in a person no sugar coating it

This place sucks New owners are terrible. Dont live here these owners will screw u over making u pay so much. Hate it people are moving out. Don't bother living here

We have lived here for 3 yrs now. Great place to stay. Clean area.
