Jim Chapman Body Shop has been exceeding our expectations ever since we first came to them. They are wonderful to work with and have great communication.

After being told it would be about 2 weeks, I was without my car for over 5 weeks. That's not acceptable.

We cant help that the insurance company wouldn't pay off your truck. We did according to what we were paid to do. If you were very unhappy why was it not brought to our attention instead of making us out to be the bad ones.

This place doesn't deserve a star. I had my truck there for a month. When I got it back the whole thing was scratched. My door is unleveled and my seals are coming out from the door. The insurance would of been better of paying off my truck then sending it with them.
