This Doctors office is so uncaring it's pathetic, if you are pregnant please because not only do you not be informed of any appointment changes or abrupt office closures, the staff is very unfriendly, especially to black ladies who are pregnant! I've been through so much with just getting seen here and once you see Dr Callaghan she talks so fast to hurry and get you out of her office, and she never ask if you have any questions, so if you're a first time mom she is not recommended cause you will be lost. The girl at the desk don't greet you or nothing, it's awful!!! To top it off if you live in Hobbs the delivery of your baby will be in Lubbock Tx approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away , so try hard not to go into labor because Dr Callaghan has an issue with Lea Regional the hospital next door to the office buildings about money. Your child is more important than her Mercedes coupe sitting outside next to her husbands Mercedes. This has been a complete nightmare, now 23 weeks pregnant with twins, I'm changing Drs again because the day of my last appointment they had me scheduled for 9:30 am, it's raining cats and dogs, only to get there at my appointed time and the receptionist says bluntly "oh we changed your appointment to 2:15", the office had no one in there waiting but I would have to come back out in the storm, Oh and no apology was necessary because that's just how it is. They completely suck, It took everything in me not to tear up everything in that office! ����������������
