The management has no interest in anything but collecting the rent. I've had maintenance problems ignored until I've called repeatedly. I've lived in a lot of apartments, this one looks pretty but is a pit.

Place is very reasonable price, but outdated. The other people that live here are very nice and very nice place for a short period of time. The landlord is never in here office and can only be reach by text or email. If something fix you have explain why it needs to be fix.

Current resident…The landlord (Lisa) was extremely helpful in our move from another state. It needed to be a quick move, and quick turn around, and Lisa was there for me every step of the way. I've lived at Summerwind with my family for almost 2 years now, and my experience with the community has been overall positive. The complex itself is nice, and located short distance from the main roads allowing it to be very convenient. This place is also has family friendly pool area always kept clean and ready for the summers. As well as some grills and picnic tables to enjoy with our kids. Any and all issues are address not only in a timely manner, but professionally. The fact that they listen, offer solutions and make changes when needed really shows their continuing commitment to making a good community better. The people that live here are polite, friendly and quiet. I'm very happy living here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
