I bought blinds from them last month. Factory made blinds longer, than it was expected, but it was worth it. I have greatly enjoyed the service and attitude.
I will work with them next time I`ll need window coverings, that`s for sure!

Probably the worst service anywhere in the country ... Kaylee has no idea what she is doing. We ordered ONE Roman Shades in first week of May. The sales person promised delivery in two weeks. Three weeks after the order I called Kaylee everyday for 10 days. She was very diligent with her excuses. Finally when they installed the shade in June, they forgot half the order. We have begun our daily calls, hopefully we will get everything installed.



BTW, they take the credit card information upfront, so no one can cancel the order. Genius.
