Provided by YP.comThis is the most overpriced, disgusting, filthy, rat infested, sorry excuse for an apartment complex I have ever lived in, now run by STELLAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC. The building is literally falling apart and while Stellar has their hands out for overpriced rents ever month, they do not make the necessary repairs to keep this complex livable. Property management does not return phone calls and expect tenants to arrange repairs with the two idiots they have on site. There are constant "FOR LEASE" signs posted because nobody stays for longer than a year. Don't make the same mistake I did by living there. You are better off in a cardboard box on the sidewalk.
