Halliburton is incapable of selling homes. And you can tell by them needing to close up their shop on Main Street. Jesse Haliburton, the owner, is unprofessional and incompetent. Not to mention, downright nasty. And our broker didn't know what she was doing. We constantly had to monitor the listing and even when we found major mistakes, they did nothing. What's more, they had a incorrect stipulation in the MLS listing about the broker commission, which made other brokers uninterested in looking at the property. And there's proof of their incompetency. We had a practically brand new apt. listed with them for 6 months and they couldn't even get one offer. Within 4 days of listing it with someone else, we got 4 offers, all of which were higher than our asking price. With so many great brokers in Hoboken, why risk trying to sell your place with these incompetent people?
