Get your car washed...have your GPS stolen!! I went here for the first time about a week ago. I was excited to find out they could wash my carpet in my car so I opted for the $50 wash and carpet cleaning. While I was waiting for my car, I realized I didn't have any cash for a tip so I bought ANOTHER $30 more of gift certificates to get $5 for a tip for the young lady working on my car. So at this point I am into this place for $80. That evening when I get back in my car to go someplace, I notice my GPS is gone. (I keep it in a zippered pouch in the car) Search the car, no GPS. (There is NO sign that says we are not responsible for your belongings, I checked when I went back.) I go back to the Turtle Wax folks. Visit 1: the manager who was there that day isn't there today so leave your information, he will call you. NO CALL. Visit 2: manager still isn't there. Assistant manager has not heard about this, there is no record of me being there. He calls back about 6 hours later to say he passed the message on to the manager, who still has never called me. He says he talked to the manager and they found no GPS. I should talk to the manager tomorrow. The manager, Paul, FINALLY calls the next morning. He tells me they didn't find it and the girls (his word) that work there have been there over 10 years. End result: tough too bad. He did not offer to replace it, he did not offer a gift certificate to make up for it, he did not offer to reimburse me for part of the cost of replacing it. NOTHING. I pass this place about 15 times a week. I will NEVER be back
