If I could give them zero stars I would. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with a business! First they tell me they're going to be 15-25 mins late which turns into an hour! Second the props provided were 5 neon hats, a couple plastic glasses, 1 bow tie on a stick, 1 lip on a stick & 1 tie on a stick, that's it! But the worst part of this whole experience is that they have lost a huge portion of my pictures! They are unable to provide me with a complete digital album of my guests pictures. I have been trying to resolve this with them since 1/21/20 and have gotten no where with Sam, Jose or Taz. I have even provided them pictures of some of the prints missing in the digital album and they ignore my messages and can not provide an answer as to where my pictures are. When they do finally reply Rhett tell me they'll look into it and a week later I find myself having to contact them again and start the process all over! I've asked them to refund my money since they can not provide me with my pictures and they tell me that I received everything I paid for. Truly the worst customer service I've ever received from a business!
