This restaurant has no idea what Customer Service is nor do they care about customer satisfaction. I have ordered take-out and delivery since the place opened, I USED to be a HUGE fan... here is why I have changed my tune.



Last week I ordered from there and had it delivered. On the ticket it stated a "promised delivery time" that time was one hour prior to when I actually received my order. Meaning the delivery was 1 hour late than the promised time. I called and asked them why they said they were vert busy, and hurried me off the phone but not before I said, "I order from here all the time and I trust you will do something to make it right." He said, "I made note of it."



That alone was not why I wrote this review...



Last night I decided to give them another shot, so a few of my friends and I ordered from there. I ordered 1 large and 1 small of the same dish, as well as another small dish and some appetizers. She repeated the order to me, and to the best of my "gibberish decoding" she said it back exactly as I ordered it.



Now anyone that has ordered from this place knows they are fast on the phone, repeat your order very quickly and speak in VERY broken english. While ordering I was waiting for the lady to mention something about the last order, but they never acknowledged it.



They brought me the order (much faster than the last time, but still a bit later than their "Promised delivery time"). After tipping the person $9 ($3 delivery charge, plus $6 tip...) I began unpacking the food and noticed there was an extra small order of sweet and sour chicken.



When I called the place back, she argued with me like I was trying to steal from her. She insisted that she repeated the order very clearly... which is not possibly... speaking clearly is something they do not do well.... Here was the kicker, and something that would have definitely solved the misunderstanding. She claims she repeated the order like this, "1 small S&S chicken, 1 large S&S chicken, 1 Pineapple chicken, 1 small sweet and sour chicken..................." If I placed 2 orders for a small sweet and sour chicken....... why would she not say 2 small S&S chickens.............. My opinion is she did it on purpose because they had my money and were not going to part with it.



To make a long story short, during the argument I brought up the last situation I had when ordering from there and she said, "yes, I heard about that and we apologized," I asked them if they were going to extend any gratitude toward me besides and apology. She simply said NO.



I will be the first to tell you it is their loss because we order from there every sunday after the Bears game and spend about $60-$80 a week.......



I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! I refuse to be lied to and disrespected by people I PAY to make me food.....

The food is good, but the meals are not priced fairly. The meals are only sold with steamed rice which included in the price. If you want fried rice you must purchase it separately and get the steamed rice as well which means you get much more rice than you want and you pay for both steamed and fried rice. The pricing should allow you to purchase the main course without steamed rice and then purchase fried rice to go along with your meal.

I frequent this place about one a week for lunch. They have some of the best hot & sour soup and a great friendly staff. Prices are mederate and servings plenty.
