They are never open and they also never pick up the phone. Find a different physician. My mom has been trying to call them from Monday and today would be a Thursday. They say they are open from 9am-5pm but after calling them through various times of the day, we have found that they are never open. We need her medical reports from Lakhani so that she can switch physicians but surely enough we cannot get them because they do not pick up the calls. Also the voicemail for the office does not include office hours and moreover does not give another number that can be called during an emergency, instead they tell you to call 911. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
