did see that the place had 3/5 (and now I know why) but went anyway since I wanted to support a local business. Boy was I wrong! I'm basing my experience on the wonderful time I have spent at both Rosin and Pearle Vision. (I'm discussing eye glasses by the way) This place will rush you, and you will be in and out really fast. Now if you are into fast food and like take out, and being in and out in a flash, this might be the place for you! The staff will not spend time to make sure you have properly fitting glasses, they just get you in and out. As a result, I have eyeglasses that are too tight and now there is nothing to do about it they told me. They made an adjustment and now it's too loose. Honestly I'm a physician and I have worked in a lot of offices, I really feel they don't care here and don't spend the time with patients. Honestly I'm not sure if the girl that helped me was an Optician. They probably go in the back rooms and laugh at patients. Which is what I heard when I was there, laughter. I've had better care elsewhere and that's where I'm going, elsewhere. Try Rosin or Pearle Vision if you can, much better. I'm really disappointed with the service here and I wanted to write this so that people in the area know where NOT to go. I'm really upset because I paid good money for the glasses. They have just lost two customers. The only person I liked was Dr. Ostioch, the rest of the staff are garbage.

I have referred several people to Dr. Ostoich. He is really nice and his staff is great too!. Easy to get an appointment and convenient hours.
