It rocked and she came back styled and perfactly groomed!!

I feel that I need respond to your accusations in this “review”. When you dropped off your dog on a Friday in June, you instructed us to “Do not trim his furnishings, featherings, skirt or chest, do his back and head only. I would like to have him grow longer”. We groomed your dog to your very own specifications. I took notes as you were talking and have them on your dog’s card. That very day we had a Certified Master Groomer, (also has shown dogs, bred champion dogs and judged dogs) working with us giving us helpful tips when competing in the groom ring. I told you when you picked up your dog, he was used as our “demo” dog (groomed by the CMG) and you seemed delighted and said the clip was fine. Since you asked that we not trim his skirt, featherings, furnishings or chest, we simply brushed them out and neatened up the ends of his skirt. There were SIX certified groomers (all attended and graduated grooming school and are now certified groomers) watching as your dog was being groomed

VERY BAD JOB !!!! VERY UNEVEN TRIM JOB, BUT THE WORSE THING IS THEY KNICKED MY DOGS NECK AND OF COURSE THEY DENIED IT!!!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE CUT A DOG AND DONT TELL ANYONE!!!! I WOULD NEVER, NEVER GO BACK HERE, ANY PLACE THAT HARMS AN ANIMAL DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. THE OWNER ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW MY DOG WAS CUT, MAYBE SHE DIDNT, BUT SHE ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT, YEAH, I WOULD HAVE MY DOG'S THROAT GET CUT. CANT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE WOULD BE SO CRUEL TO ANIMALS!!! WHEN I TOLD HER I DIDNT LIKE THE WAY MY DOG CHEST WAS TRIMMED, SHE CLAIMED THAT IS THE WAY ITS SUPPOSE TO BE, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO GROOM A SCHNAUZER, ITS A SHAME ILL. DOESNT HAVE LAWS ABOUT BEING LICENSED TO GROOM. ANYONE CAN GROOM A DOG AND MAKE MONEY. SO SAD, THAT PEOPLE DONT CARE!!

I take my dogs to the Wizard and just love them. The groomers are very nice and my dog comes out very calm and relaxed. I'd recommend this shop to everyone.
