Let me start by saying, Dr. Minkoff is great....her receptionist is a completely different story, and should be fired if she hasn't been already. Never before in my life have I ever been subjected to such an attitude within a place of business, and really for no reason. The lady was screaming at myself, and my wife in front of our 10 month old son, and another customer. We were 10 minutes late, Sunrise Highway was shut down due to an accident....we drove from an hour away, with a baby...and again, Sunrise Highway was shut down. 10 MINUTES late, and she cussed at us, told us to reschedule our appointment, told us she owns the place and is in charge of all the Doctors,....was extremely disrespectful toward my wife, very unprofessional....and even got up in the face of a manager from the Photo area, who told both her and us she was wrong, and also told us that it was the second time she flipped out on a customer that week. Needless to say, this receptionist ended up getting sent home....and Dr. Minkoff kindly took our appointment. Please reevaluate your staff, Thank you.

Not all, but a few lazy cashiers, refuse to pack your cart. They will BS with other workers or fix their hair, or even do their nails until you are finished.

Alot of electronics and food at great prices.
