Thank you for freezing my account on Christmas Eve while I'm in Times Square when I have more than enough funds to pay for purchases. You won't let me access my own money to pay for anything leaving my son toy less & my family without dinner on Christmas Eve. I can not buy my son the things he wants at the Disney store. Obviously the cards being used...Its CHRISTMAS! You just ruined my family's holiday. Taking money out & closing the account. You deserve zero stars
