I was a patient of this office for over a year. I attended every appointment. I sat for over an hour on several occasions. I went weekly when asked to. I did physical therapy, used heel inserts, received shots when told. Then I was told I needed to have Orthotics. I didn't want them. I didn't think they would solve the issue.
