The people who work here are deplorable and the entire business should be investigated. The interior appears nice when you walk in, and the people working there put on a great act of kindness but on more than one occasion now my grandmother has been treated with neglect. Is it too much to ask for the people working there to ensure she lives the remaining years of her life with dignity and not be forced to lie in her own excrement? These people take advantage of the elderly as well as their family members, I would be very interested to know what would result from an investigation. I understand certain people cannot live on their own but this is not the place to send them.
