Provided by YP.comTHese people come out of nowhere, have no customer office to go to, don't answer the phone, you must leave a message and wait for them to call back. Then they send bills to people who are recieving services from other companies and say they will lien my house if I don't pay the bill. This company is a joke!

Provided by YP.comDon't ever use this company. They have NEVER returned a phone call (which is unfortunate because they tend to not recieve my payments at least 2x a year!) I have never missed a payment to them, and not only have they sent me bills with 'unpaid balance forwards" but the checks have CLEARED through my bank.
On the up note, at least they no longer THROW the garbage cans into the middle of the street. (after many compliants from our entire subdivision).
We are here between 10am-5pm Mon-Fri to answer the phone. We have a high call volume following a billing period. I can send an account history for review and if you have a cleared check not posted on the history I can have it corrected. The service is contracted. The garbage men are not employees of FHU, they are employees of WSI. If they were to throw cans in the street I can let WSI know of complaints.
