I really can't believe how rude the woman is that takes the orders. She acts like you are stupid for bothering her and wanting to place a food order. I have had many friends that would go there for lunch but no one would go anymore because they couldn't stand dealing with the her. It's been about a year so decided to give it a try for myself and nothing has changed. She's rude on the phone, she's rude in person, she even spoke to the person infront of us like he was a complete idiot. We ordered Philly Cheese Steaks. They had absolutely no flavor. The people leaving good reviews must be friends of the owners because every experience everyone I know has had, and myself included, has been the opposite of good. This place use to be good years ago but I won't be wasting my money here again. There are plenty of places nearby that have MUCH better food.

Into my second bite of the gyro I found not a hair but a clump of long blondish red hair in the onions (Luckily I was using a fork). I called to let them know that hair was found in their food. The girl I spoke with was apologetic and said the best she can do, since the owner was not there, is to refund the money. I had no problem with that so I packed up all of mostly untouched food and the hair and went back. With no hello, apology or wanting to hear my side of the story, sounding almost rude, first thing the owner Jimmy stated was that he did not have any blond employees and that I finding the hair in food was not possible, went on to explain that he would not refund the money because if he had to refund the money to every customer that complained he would not be able to stay in business.So how many complaints does he get?Store credit being his final offer that was declined, I thanked him for his time, and walked out without the money or the food.

They are always busy but you never have a long wait. Everything is great. We always call ahead and pick up our food. If you have never gone there you need to try it, you will like it!
